You receive an agreed monthly rent paid on time for the duration of the contract, regardless of occupancy – with no voids, no chasing and no day-to-day involvement.

* We appreciate our clients require a very high quality of finish and therefore will provide extra budget if works required are beyond that of a traditional

Callum is qualified plasterer, while Sarah’s legal background ensures each project is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism.
